Family Sharing

App Store Family Sharing handles purchase access for eligible members in the same Apple family group. Inside HunnyDewBee, each person still uses their own account and joins a hive with an invite code, so subscription sharing and hive membership stay separate and clear.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. Lone-Bee is the free plan and includes personal todos, reminders, recurrence, activity history, and profile progress.

  • Hive unlocks the Family tab with invite-code sharing, assignments, shared activity, and family stats. Hive Mind adds a dedicated AI tab for asking questions about your own todo data and getting nudges before things slip.

  • A Hive or Hive Mind subscriber can create a hive and share an invite code from inside the app. Other household members join with that code. One account belongs to one hive at a time, and a hive can include up to 7 people.

  • Paid subscriptions have Apple Family Sharing enabled, so eligible people in the same Apple family group can share purchase access. That does not automatically place everyone in the same hive. Each person still signs in with their own account and joins the household with an invite code.

  • Your personal todos stay with your account, but family access is removed and you're removed from your hive. To rejoin later, you'll need an active Hive or Hive Mind subscription and a fresh invite code.

  • Yes. HunnyDewBee is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and the same account can sync across your supported Apple devices.
