Welcome to HunnyDewBee!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HunnyDewBee mobile application (the "App") provided by Wesley Franks ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

HunnyDewBee is a family task management application that helps families coordinate household tasks, chores, and responsibilities. The App is available in the following subscription tiers:

- Lone-Bee (Free): Personal task management for individual users.
- Hive ($4.99/month): Family sharing for up to 7 family members with collaborative features.
- Hive Mind ($9.99/month): Advanced features including AI-powered task suggestions and automation.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- One person may only maintain one account.

2.3 Account Security
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@hunnydewbee.com.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 App Store Purchases
All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.

3.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

3.4 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings on your device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

- Use the App for any illegal activities.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including tasks, notes, and uploaded images.

5.2 License
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you and your family members.

5.3 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share within the App. We do not monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The HunnyDewBee App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Wesley Franks and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Service
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any data loss or damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wesley Franks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 By You
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or our services. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
